Viewstream developed the video to engage stakeholders on an emotional level and inspire them to action. While companies are going through Digital Transformation to redefine internal workflows and processes and create 1:1 customer experiences, one area that has been left behind is technical product documentation and support content. This content is still typically delivered via static PDF’s and webpages which provide a very limited experience for the customer. The Viewstream team crafted an engaging story that simplified the complexities of this product. We communicated how the product is solving industry challenges, providing improved customer experiences, and ultimately driving retention and loyalty. Viewstream created a number of assets for the launch including web content and animations, explainer videos (Why Adobe Connect and What’s New?), and an aspirational brand video for the newly refreshed brand and product. The Viewstream writing team began crafting an aspirational story around the power of connection, bringing people together through virtual environments. The goal of the project was to create a visually rich video that set an inspiring and upbeat tone for the Executive Summit, immediately grabbing attention and challenging the audience to think of their leadership styles from a different perspective. Knowing that we wanted to try to tell that story visually while also weaving the core theme of the event throughout.
